These dedicated professionals provide personalized support, education, and connections to specialized services for moms and families in our community. Our care is accessible to everyone—no matter their income, insurance status, or residency—ensuring that every family gets the help they need.

Meet the team

Jennifer Luikart

Office Manager

Jennifer is the office manager for the Connect and Healthy Start programs. She has 24 years of
experience working with children and families in various settings. With a particular interest in improving
maternal physical and mental health, birth outcomes, infant health, and developmental outcomes,
Jennifer is a passionate Certified Lactation Counselor who provides free lactation services to eliminate
the barriers to successful breastfeeding. Outside of Healthy Start, Jennifer and her family volunteer in
the community, travel to school events and enjoy downtime at home.​

Angie Torres

Bilingual Care Coordinator 

Angie is a bilingual Care Coordinator with the Healthy Start Program. She has over 20 years
of experience working with families and children and is a passionate supporter of pregnant women,
infants, and families. Angie is a Nationally Certified Care Seat Technician and a certified breastfeeding
educator. When she isn’t supporting her Healthy Start clients, Angie enjoys spending time with her
family.​

Megan Trimble

Care Coordinator

​Megan is a Care Coordinator in the Healthy Start Program. She has 20 years of
experience working with children and families. Megan is a certified breastfeeding educator. She has a
background in preschool education and is a strong advocate for early childhood development. In her
free time, Megan has a YouTube Channel where she explores historical sites, camping locations, Disney,
and cruises.
